  2. All letters are reviewed, curated, and finalized by our human creative team to ensure quality and consistency.

3. Subscription & Billing

  1. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.

  2. You authorize Lover Letters to charge your payment method on file until you cancel.

  3. You may cancel anytime via your account portal or by contacting info@theloverletters.com. Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Physical letters are shipped to the address you provide.

  2. Lover Letters is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping information.

  3. Replacement letters may be issued at our discretion in the event of non-delivery.

5. Refund Policy

  1. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once your subscription period begins.

  2. Refunds are only issued in cases of verified billing errors.

6. Age Requirements

  1. You must be 18 years or older to subscribe to any Lover Letters service.

  2. Certain premium or exclusive content may contain mature or suggestive content and will only be accessible to adult subscribers.
